Job Overview
Field Advantage is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented 1st Shift Dispatcher to coordinate service calls for technicians across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for answering client communications, scheduling dispatches, managing workflow spreadsheets, and assisting with deployment projects. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from commercial clients and technicians promptly.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service locations nationwide.
• Maintain and update workflow spreadsheets, ensuring accurate file management.
• Process paperwork and payments for clients and technicians.
• Assist with national deployment projects requiring file management and spreadsheet expertise.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with spreadsheets and digital file management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.

Additional Details

• Technical knowledge is helpful but not required—technicians will assist with technical inquiries.
• Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service issues are resolved efficiently
• This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage real-time scheduling and dispatching efficiently.
• Working hours for the role are Monday-Friday, 7:00am -3:00pm with occasional weekends as needed.
