**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and support through our cloud-based technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering all necessary information to address product and service inquiries.
- Engaging directly with customers via phone and electronic communication.
- Providing remote support to our valued customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction, whether through calls or chats.
- Making outbound sales calls and scheduling demonstrations for our inside sales team.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resources.
- Documenting details of inquiries, comments, and complaints accurately.
- Maintaining an organized customer database.
- Collaborating with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Service or Customer Success).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, ability to work independently, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A passion for problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor, and Google Drive.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proven track record of closing deals is a plus.
- Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
**A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:**
- Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, or food service industries.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Start-up experience (we appreciate entrepreneurial spirit!).
