Travel LPN/LVN LTC

*Hourly rate - $48.00 [$15.50 taxable | $32.50 non-taxable]
*OT rate - $72.00
*Weekly Gross - $1,152.00 [$372.00 taxable | $780.00 stipend]
*13 - week assignment
*Shift 8 hour evening shift (3pm to 11pm)
*24 hours per week/3 shifts
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
*1 year of LTC experience required
*Travel experience required
*NY state license required
*AHA BLS required
