Overview:
A fast-growing, multi-state title company is seeking a National Title Insurance Coordinator to join its in-office team. This full-time position is based in Lakewood, NJ , with a focus on transactions outside of New York and New Jersey . Who You Are:
You’re a seasoned title insurance professional who knows how to manage commercial and residential transactions across multiple states. You’re proactive, client-focused, and can confidently liaise with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers. You enjoy making the closing process seamless, compliant, and stress-free for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review title reports, commitments, and policies to ensure compliance with purchase/sale agreements.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the title and closing process for multi-state commercial and residential transactions .

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, underwriters, lenders, vendors, and attorneys throughout the transaction.

  • Assist with settlement processes, prepare closing statements (CDs, ALTA), and ensure accurate disbursement of funds.

  • Identify and resolve title issues and clearance items.

  • Ensure compliance with title insurance regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in national (multi-state) title coordination.
    (Applications without nation-wide title experience will not be considered. Title experience outside of NY and NJ is a MUST)

  • In-depth knowledge of title insurance products , title reports , and closing procedures .

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with various stakeholders.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
