TITLE INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE*

Location: Clearwater, Florida

HYBRID/REMOTE

* MUST LIVE IN CLEARWATER, FLORIDA AREA AND HAVE TITLE INDUSTRY AND/OR REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 

Our client, a financial services company that has been ranked a Fortune 100 " Best Company to Work For " for the past 9 years, is searching for a Sales Representative to join their Florida sales team in Clearwater .

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven success in outside sales within the title or real estate industry IN FLORIDA .
  • Qualifications:
    • High-energy sales professional** with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets. **PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC)
    • Familiarity with title insurance, real estate, RE lending or similar fields is REQUIRED.
    • Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships.
    • Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions and effectively connect with clients both in-person and virtually.
    • Valid driver’s license required for territory travel (which is the CLEARWATER/ST. PETE FLORIDA AREA).

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage a designated territory by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize industry data to identify and compile targeted lists of potential customers , leveraging leads from a variety of sources.
  • Execute a comprehensive outreach plan through cold calling, networking events, and both virtual and in-person meetings with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Build and deliver tailored presentations to various client audiences, adapting content to meet client needs and objectives effectively.
  • Maintain visibility in the local market by attending relevant industry functions and actively participating in community events to foster connections and boost brand awareness.
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to create impactful local marketing materials and social media strategies that support the overall sales objectives.
