We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager - US Remote to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US). **Roles Responsibilities:** + Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors + Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations + Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary + Manages day-to-day work in support of sub-components of the overall delivery solution + Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise. + Manages critical projects, customer engagements or business processes + Guides completion of major projects or customer engagements + Allocates work to team members; delegates clearly and comfortably. Mentors team members + Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources and ensure on-time project and process completion + Demonstrates a thorough understanding of customer' business priorities, strategy and direction + Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans. In-depth understanding of NTT Data's goals, customer requirements and competitor practices ** This position is a fully remote position, with the expectation to work fluidly as needed supporting the end client EST-MT. **Basic Required Qualifications:** + 8+ Years client service delivery/leadership experience + Must have Staff Augmentation experience + Must have Compliance experience **Highly Preferred Skills/Experience:** + Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies + Excellent analytical / problem solving skills + Advanced influencing and communication skills + Exceptional organizational and time management skills + Quality budgeting, business financial and P&L skills **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
